Once the carrier's investigation is completed and the package is confirmed as lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other suitable resolution.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to modify or exchange your order, you must contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, exchanges will no longer be accepted.


Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

Due to the size, weight, and high shipping costs associated with large furniture items, we generally do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality.

If you believe your situation requires special consideration, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order-all requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In special circumstances requiring a return, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Refund Policy

Refund requests for any product are subject to review and approval by Lyliara. The final interpretation and decision regarding refunds remain at the sole discretion of the brand.
