1. Membership Overview

Lyliara Membership provides eligible customers with access to exclusive furniture purchasing benefits, product sourcing support, and member-only opportunities.

The membership is designed for furniture retailers, resellers, sourcing professionals, property operators, and individual buyers who want ongoing access to quality furniture resources and purchasing advantages.

Membership benefits are available only to active members during their membership period.

2. Membership Fee & Payment

Annual Membership Fee: $200 USD

A Lyliara Membership requires an annual payment of $200 USD.

Your membership period begins on the date your payment is successfully processed and remains active for 12 months.

The membership fee provides access to available membership benefits during the active membership period.

3. Automatic Renewal & Billing Cycle

By purchasing a Lyliara Membership, you authorize Lyliara to automatically renew your membership.

Your membership will automatically renew one year after your initial payment date, and the annual membership fee will be charged to your original payment method unless you cancel your renewal before the renewal date.

Example:

• Initial payment date: January 1, 2026
• Automatic renewal date: January 1, 2027

Members are responsible for keeping their payment information updated to ensure successful renewal processing.

4. Membership Benefits

Active members may receive the following benefits:

25% Off Eligible Orders

Members receive 25% off eligible furniture orders during their active membership period.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying orders that can receive the member discount during the membership year.

Discount availability may vary depending on product eligibility, promotions, and applicable terms.

Dedicated Member Support

Members receive enhanced support from the Lyliara team, including:

• Product recommendations
• Furniture sourcing assistance
• Purchasing guidance
• Category suggestions based on market needs, customer requirements, and budget considerations

Exclusive Product Sourcing Opportunities

Members may receive access to selected furniture products, supplier resources, and sourcing opportunities that may not be available through the standard online collection.

Lyliara may assist members in discovering new product categories, comparing suitable options, and identifying purchasing opportunities.

Factory Connection Opportunities

Eligible members may receive opportunities to communicate with manufacturing partners for suitable sourcing projects.

Factory connections may support:

• Product specification discussions
• Larger purchasing plans
• Customization conversations
• Long-term supplier relationship development

Factory introductions and availability depend on product requirements, order quantity, factory availability, and project scope.

Lyliara does not guarantee factory acceptance, pricing, production schedules, or business agreements between members and factories.

Quarterly Furniture Magazine

Active members may receive Lyliara furniture publications in digital and/or printed formats.

The magazine may include:

• New furniture collections
• Supplier information
• Product recommendations
• Furniture market insights
• Materials and design trends
• Purchasing ideas for professional buyers

Magazine availability, delivery method, and publication schedule may vary.

5. Membership Usage

A Lyliara Membership is intended primarily for the purchaser’s own use.

However, members may share membership benefits with:

• Immediate family members
• Relatives
• Friends

The member remains responsible for all activities, purchases, and usage associated with their membership account.

Membership access may not be sold, transferred, or commercially resold without written approval from Lyliara.

Lyliara reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized membership sharing, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

6. Membership Refund Policy

Due to the nature of membership services, all membership purchases are considered a commitment for the upcoming 12-month membership period.

By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have determined your need for Lyliara Membership benefits during the membership year.

Membership fees are non-refundable after payment has been completed.

This includes situations where:

• You do not use membership benefits
• You use only part of the membership period
• Your purchasing needs change during the membership year
• You decide that you no longer require membership services

Lyliara does not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds based on unused membership time.

7. Cancellation of Automatic Renewal

Members may cancel future automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date.

Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not shorten or terminate the current active membership period.

After cancellation, your membership benefits will remain available until the end of the paid membership term.

8. Membership Changes & Benefit Availability

Lyliara reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue membership benefits, services, or programs when necessary.

Changes will not affect benefits already provided during the active membership period unless required by law or applicable circumstances.

9. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Protecting account login details
• Ensuring payment information remains valid
• Using membership benefits according to these Terms

Members must not use Lyliara Membership for fraudulent activities, unauthorized commercial resale, or activities that may harm Lyliara or its partners.

10. Limitation of Service

Membership benefits, including sourcing opportunities, factory connections, product availability, discounts, and publications, are provided based on availability.

Lyliara does not guarantee:

• Specific product availability
• Specific supplier access
• Factory cooperation
• Minimum purchase quantities
• Business outcomes resulting from membership usage

11. Agreement Acceptance

By purchasing a Lyliara Membership, you confirm that:

• You have read and accepted these Membership Terms & Conditions.
• You understand the annual membership fee of $200 USD.
• You understand that membership automatically renews annually unless canceled.
• You understand that membership payments are non-refundable after purchase.
